Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 12th, 2010, at the SAF/AQ Conference and Innovation Center, 1550 Crystal Dr., Arlington, VA, 22202. The meeting will be from 8 a.m.5 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to hold the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board quarterly meeting to discuss the FY10 Scientific Advisory Board study topics tasked by the Secretary of the Air Force and the results of the Air Force Research Laboratory Assessment.

In compliance with section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF) announces the proposed extension of a public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and (d) ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The Privacy Act system of records notice, F036 AETC X, entitled ``College Scholarship Program'', was published on July 7, 2008 (73 FR 38411). The same notice was amended on August 22, 2008 (73 FR 49659) requesting a System ID change.

Pursuant to the provisions of Part 404 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations, which implements Public Law 96-517, as amended, the Department of the Air Force announces its intention to grant Alexium Ltd, a business entity of Cyprus, having a place of business at 2 Sophouli Street, Chanteclair House, 1096-Nicosia, Cyprus, Europe, an exclusive license in any right, title and interest the Air Force has in: U.S. Patent Application No. 12/543,576 filed August 19, 2009, entitled ``Coatings for Disease Control'' by Jeffrey R. Owens, as well as other related know how. A license for this patent and related know how will be granted unless a written objection is filed within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this Notice.

Availability of the Fiscal Year 2008 Air Force Services Contract Inventory Pursuant to Section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008
In accordance with section 2330a of Title 10 United States Code as amended by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (NDAA 08) Section 807, the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Contracting) (ADAS(C)), Assistant Secretary (Acquisition), and the Office of the Director, Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy, Office of Strategic Sourcing (DPAP/SS) will make available to the public the first inventory of activities performed pursuant to contracts for services.
