Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Beddown of Training F-35A Aircraft
The United States Air Force published a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS in the Federal Register (Vol. 74, No. 247, page 68597) on Dec 28, 2009. Due to severe weather in New Mexico, some of the scoping meetings were cancelled. In the Air Force's effort to make every attempt to allow the public an opportunity for providing their input, we have re-scheduled the scoping meetings to be held in Ruidoso and Ft. Sumner, NM. Furthermore, due to public interest and comments, The Air Force has decided to add three additional scoping meetings in New Mexico and Arizona for the Holloman AFB and Tucson International Airport Air Guard Station alternatives. This revised Notice of Intent is prepared to notify the public of the rescheduling and additional scoping meetings to be held in New Mexico and Arizona. Also, due to these additional scoping meetings the public comment period is extended to May 17, 2010.

Air University Board of Visitors Meeting
Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the Air University Board of Visitors' meeting will take place on Monday, March 30th, 2010, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The meeting will be a conference call meeting and the conference number is 334-953-1945. The purpose and agenda of this meeting is to provide independent advice and recommendations on matters pertaining to the proposal of a Ph.D. degree at Air University. Pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended, and 41 CFR 102-3.155 all sessions of the Air University Board of Visitors' meeting will be open to the public. Any member of the public wishing to provide input to the Air University Board of Visitors should submit a written statement in accordance with 41 CFR 102-3.140(c) and section 10(a)(3) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act and the procedures described in this paragraph. Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Basing F-35a Operational Aircraft
The United States Air Force published a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS in the Federal Register (Vol. 74, No. 249, page 69080) on Dec. 30, 2009. Due to scheduling conflicts, scoping meetings originally proposed to be held January 11-14, 2010 in Idaho will now be held February 16-19, 2010. The Brunswick, Georgia meeting will be held during the week of February 8-12, 2010. Meeting locations remain the same. All other meeting dates remain the same. The original Notice of Intent identified that potential environmental impacts at Shaw AFB/ McEntire JNGB would be analyzed for no action and in increments of 24 primary assigned aircraft (PAA), up to a total of 72 PAA. The revised description of the alternative is as follows, ``Shaw AFB/McEntire JNGB would be analyzed for no action and in increments of 24 PAA, up to a total of 96 PAA.'' This revised Notice of Intent has been prepared to notify the public of these changes.

Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Beddown of Training F-35A Aircraft
The United States Air Force published a Notice of Intent to prepare an EIS in the Federal Register (Vol. 74, No. 247, page 68597) on Dec 28, 2009. As stated in the previous Notice of Intent, the Air Force intended to conduct scoping meeting in the following cities: Truth or Consequences, NM, Socorro, NM, and Sun City, AZ; however, Scoping Meetings will no longer be conducted in these locations. Additional public scoping meetings will be held at Cloudcroft, NM, Boise, ID, City of Surprise/ Sun Cities, AZ, and Tucson, AZ. In addition, exact meeting locations were not known at the time the Notice of Intent was published. This revised Notice of Intent has been prepared to notify the public of the changes in the cities in which the public scoping meetings will be held and to provide locations and dates for the meetings.

Pursuant to the provisions of Part 404 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations, which implements Public Law 96-517, as amended, the Department of the Air Force announces its intention to grant Alexium Ltd, a business entity of Cyprus, having a place of business at 2 Sophouli Street, Chanteclair House, 1096-Nicosia, Cyprus, Europe, an exclusive license in any right, title and interest the Air Force has in: U.S. Patent Application No. 12/543,576 filed August 19, 2009, entitled ``Coatings for Disease Control'' by Jeffrey R. Owens, as well as other related know how. A license for this patent and related know how will be granted unless a written objection is filed within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this Notice.
