Public Meeting of the Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship (ACA)
Pursuant to section 10 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463; 5 U.S.C. App. 1), notice is hereby given of an open meeting of the Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship (ACA). Time and Date: The meeting will begin at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2006, and continue until approximately 4:30 p.m. The meeting will reconvene at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2006, and adjourn at approximately 12 noon. Federal-State Unemployment Compensation Program: Certifications for 2005 Under the Federal Unemployment Tax Act
The Secretary of Labor signed the annual certifications under the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, 26 U.S.C. 3301 et seq., thereby enabling employers who make contributions to state unemployment funds to obtain certain credits against their liability for the federal unemployment tax.
