NHTSA is correcting a notice of proposed rulemaking that appeared in the Federal Register of July 31, 2014 (79 FR 44363). The document contained an incorrect Regulatory Identification Number (RIN). The corrected RIN is 2127-AL51.

HUD has submitted the proposed information collection requirement described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days of public comment.

This final rule introduces regulatory flexibilities and general improvements for certification to the 2014 Edition EHR certification criteria (2014 Edition).
