Nominees should demonstrate a commitment to collaborative resource decision-making. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain consumer electronics and display devices with graphics processing and graphics processing units therein. The complaint names as respondents Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. of Korea; Samsung Electronics America, Inc. of Ridgefield Park, NJ; Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC of Richardson, TX; Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. of San Jose, CA and Qualcomm, Inc. of San Diego, CA. The complainant requests that the Commission issue an exclusion order, cease and desist orders, and a bond upon respondents’ alleged infringing articles during the 60-day Presidential review period pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 1337(j).
