The NIA established a deadline of May 15, 2024, for the transmittal of applications. This notice reopens the competition until August 12, 2024 and extends the date of intergovernmental review until August 26, 2024.

The Department may use the priority and definition for competitions in fiscal year (FY) 2024 and later years. We intend for this priority and definition to support projects for organizations that work directly with gang-involved youth to help such youth pursue higher education opportunities that will lead to postsecondary certification or credentials.
