An SEA may use administrative funds from its regular Title I, Part A and IDEA, section 611 appropriations; the additional administrative funds allowed by the adjustments in this notice; or a combination of these funds to meet the costs of ARRA-related data collection requirements for the Title I, Part A and IDEA, section 611 programs, respectively. For costs associated with ARRA data collections unrelated to Title I, Part A or IDEA, section 611, an SEA may use the State's Government Services grant under the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund (SFSF or Stabilization) program or funds allowable for that purpose under other ARRA programs.
