The Commission received no comments in response to an earlier Federal Register notice of February 7, 2008 (73 FR 8651-52) and has made this notation in its submission to OMB.
Market-Based Rates for Wholesale Sales of Electric Energy, Capacity and Ancillary Services by Public Utilities
In this order on rehearing, the Commission affirms its basic determinations in Order No. 697, and grants rehearing and clarification regarding certain revisions to its regulations and to the standards for obtaining and retaining market-based rate authority for sales of energy, capacity and ancillary services to ensure that such sales are just and reasonable. The Commission also clarifies several aspects of the implementation process adopted in Order No. 697.
