The Employment and Training Administration is issuing this notice to announce the receipt of a ``Certification of Non-Relocation and Market and Capacity Information Report'' (Form 4279-2) for the following: Applicant/Location: Thomasville Regional Medical Center, LLC, Thomasville, Alabama. Principal Product/Purpose: The loan, guarantee, or grant application will be used to: cover loan origination and building construction costs for a new hospital in Thomasville, Alabama.
