This document contains a notice of pendency (the Notice) before the Department of Labor (the Department) of a proposed individual exemption from certain prohibited transaction restrictions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, (the Act) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (the Code). The proposed exemption, if granted, will affect the participants and beneficiaries of Plan participating in the proposed transactions and the fiduciaries with respect to such Plan.

This document extends the period for filing written comments until July 28, 2014 on the proposed rulemaking to implement the minimum wage protections of Executive Order 13658, Establishing a Minimum Wage for Contractors. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) was published in the Federal Register on June 17, 2014. The Department of Labor (Department) is taking this action in order to provide interested parties additional time to submit comments.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is announcing that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the information requirements contained in the final rule on Lowering Miners' Exposure to Coal Mine Dust, Including Continuous Personal Dust Monitors published in the Federal Register May 1, 2014, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520). The OMB Control Number is 1219-0152.
