The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain devices containing non-volatile memory and products containing the same. Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 sections 101(a) and 103(h) authorize this information collection. See 30 U.S.C. 811(a), 813(h). Despite having only an estimated two (2) respondents in any given year, the MSHA must maintain this information collection, as it is part of a rule of general applicability. See 5 CFR 1320.3(c)(4)(i). This information collection is subject to the PRA.
