This notice announces a virtual meeting of the Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EM SSAB), Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP). The Federal Advisory Committee Act requires that public notice of this meeting be announced in the Federal Register.

In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection FERC-546, (Certificated Rate Filings: Gas Pipeline Rates), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) addresses arguments raised on rehearing of the December 17, 2020 Order Establishing Index Level concluding the Commission's five-year review of the index level used to determine annual changes to oil pipeline rate ceilings (December 2020 Order). The December 2020 Order established an index level of Producer Price Index for Finished Goods plus 0.78% (PPI-FG+0.78%) for the five-year period commencing July 1, 2021. In this order, the Commission grants rehearing of the December 2020 Order, in part, denies rehearing, in part, and establishes an index level of PPI-FG-0.21%.

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) proposes to direct the North American Electric Reliability Corporation to develop and submit for Commission approval new or modified Reliability Standards that require internal network security monitoring within a trusted Critical Infrastructure Protection networked environment for high and medium impact Bulk Electric System Cyber Systems.

In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection, FERC-545 (Gas Pipeline Rates: Rate Change (Non- Formal)), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.

The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') is initiating rulemaking activities to consider potential test procedure and energy conservation standards for consumer air cleaners. Through this request for information (``RFI''), DOE seeks data and information regarding development and evaluation of a new test procedure that would be reasonably designed to produce test results which reflect energy use during a representative average use cycle for the product without being unduly burdensome to conduct. Additionally, this RFI solicits information regarding the development and evaluation of potential new energy conservation standards for consumer air cleaners, and whether such standards would result in significant energy savings, be technologically feasible and economically justified. DOE also welcomes written comments from the public on any subject within the scope of this document (including those topics not specifically raised), as well as the submission of data and other relevant information.

The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') is undertaking a review to determine whether amendments are warranted for the test procedure for dedicated-purpose pool pumps. Specifically, through this request for information (``RFI''), DOE has identified certain issues associated with the currently applicable test procedure on which DOE is interested in receiving comment. The issues outlined in this document mainly concern the scope of coverage, updated industry test procedures, and the definition of a basic model. DOE welcomes written comments from the public on any subject within the scope of this document, including topics not raised in this request for information (``RFI'').

The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'' or ``the Department'') will hold a webinar to discuss and receive comments on the preliminary analysis it has conducted for purposes of evaluating energy conservation standards for miscellaneous refrigeration products (``MREFs''). The meeting will cover the analytical framework, models, and tools that DOE is using to evaluate potential standards for these products; the results of preliminary analyses performed by DOE; the potential energy conservation standard levels derived from these analyses that DOE could consider for this product should it determine that proposed amendments are necessary; and any other issues relevant to the evaluation of energy conservation standards for MREFs. In addition, DOE encourages written comments on these subjects. To inform interested parties and to facilitate this process, DOE has prepared an agenda, a preliminary technical support document (``TSD''), and briefing materials, which are available on the DOE website at: www1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/appliance_standards/ standards.aspx?productid=39&action=viewlive.

In accordance with the Commission's regulations, the Commission, by its designee, the Executive Director, issues this annual update to the fee schedule in the appendix to the part, which lists per-acre rental fees by county (or other geographic area) for use of government lands by hydropower licensees.
