Annual Update of Filing Fees
In accordance with the Commission's regulations, the Commission issues this update of its filing fees. This document provides the yearly update using data in the Commission's Financial System to calculate the new fees. The purpose of updating is to adjust the fees on the basis of the Commission's costs for Fiscal Year 2020.
Central Valley Project-Rate Order No. WAPA-194
This Rate Order confirms, approves, and places into effect Provisional Formula Rates for the Central Valley Project's (CVP) Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Services, Sale of Surplus Products (SSP), and revisions to the existing Energy Imbalance (EI) and Generator Imbalance (GI) formula rates (collectively, Provisional Formula Rates). The Provisional Formula Rates are associated with three events: Participation in the California Independent System Operator's (CAISO) EIM; alignment of CVP's SSP with other Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) regions; and revision of existing EI and GI rate schedules.
Certification of New Interstate Natural Gas Facilities
In this Notice of Inquiry, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) seeks new information and additional stakeholder perspectives to help the Commission explore whether it should revise its approach under the currently effective policy statement on the certification of new natural gas transportation facilities to determine whether a proposed natural gas project is or will be required by the public convenience and necessity, as that standard is established in section 7 of the Natural Gas Act.

Agency Information Collection Proposed Extension
EIA invites public comment on the proposed three year extension, without changes, to the Form NWPA-830G Appendix G-Standard Remittance Advice for Payment of Fees, including Annex A to Appendix G, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Form NWPA-830G is part of the Standard Contract for Disposal of Spent Nuclear Fuel and/or High-Level Radioactive Waste. Generators and owners of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste of domestic origin paid fees into the nuclear waste fund based on net electricity generated and sold as defined in the Standard Contract.

Energy Conservation Program: Notification of Petition for Waiver of Hussmann Corporation From the Department of Energy Walk-In Coolers and Walk-In Freezers Test Procedure and Notice of Grant of Interim Waiver
This document announces receipt of and publishes a petition for waiver and interim waiver from Hussmann Corporation (``Hussmann''), which seeks a waiver for specified carbon dioxide (``CO2'') direct expansion unit cooler basic models from the U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') test procedure used to determine the efficiency of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer refrigeration systems. DOE also gives notice of an Interim Waiver Order that requires Hussmann to test and rate the specified CO2 direct expansion unit cooler basic models in accordance with the alternate test procedure set forth in the Interim Waiver Order. DOE solicits comments, data, and information concerning Hussmann's petition and its suggested alternate test procedure so as to inform DOE's final decision on Hussmann's waiver request.
