The Commission is noticing a recent Postal Service filing for the Commission's consideration concerning negotiated service agreements. This notice informs the public of the filing, invites public comment, and takes other administrative steps.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to terminate the investigation with respect to a claim by complainant United States Steel Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (``U.S. Steel'') for violation of section 337 based on a conspiracy to fix prices and control output and export volumes in violation of the antitrust laws of the United States. The Commission requests written submissions, under the schedule set forth below, on remedy, public interest, and bonding concerning the previously defaulted respondents subject to the false designation of origin claim.

The Federal Trade Commission published a document in the Federal Register of March 15, 2018, concerning the proposed consent agreement in Oregon Lithoprint, Inc. The document contained the incorrect date by which comments must be received. This document corrects the date by which comments must be received; they must be received on or before April 10, 2018.

SBA is seeking public input to assist in establishing a permanent alternative size standard for its 7(a) and 504 Loan Programs. SBA also invites suggestions on sources of relevant data and information that SBA should evaluate in developing a permanent alternative size standard and assessing its impact. Finally, SBA also seeks input from interested parties on a potential proposal to apply the permanent alternative size standard as an alternative to using industry based size standards for small business applicants under its Economic Injury Disaster Loan (``EIDL'') Program.

The Postal Service gives notice of filing a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission to add a domestic shipping services contract to the list of Negotiated Service Agreements in the Mail Classification Schedule's Competitive Products List.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has received a petition for rulemaking from Raymond Lutz and Citizens Oversight, Inc. (the Petitioners), dated January 2, 2018, requesting that the NRC amend its regulations regarding spent nuclear fuel storage systems. The petition was docketed by the NRC on January 22, 2018, and has been assigned Docket No. PRM-72-8. The NRC is examining the issues raised in PRM-72-8 to determine whether they should be considered in rulemaking. The NRC is requesting public comment on this petition.

Summary: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that proposes to streamline the reauthorization process for television satellite stations that are assigned or transferred in combination with a previously approved parent station. 6........................ Summary: The Commission will consider a Second Report and Order that would remove the personal use restriction for Provider-Specific Consumer Signal Boosters and a Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that seeks comment on ways to further expand access to Consumer Signal Boosters.

Comments are requested concerning: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number.

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) proposes to eliminate the rules requiring certain broadcast television and radio stations to file Form 397, the EEO Broadcast Mid-Term Report. This proposal will continue the Commission's efforts to modernize regulations and reduce unnecessary requirements that no longer serve the public interest.

The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the renewal of the existing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. On December 29, 2017, the FDIC requested comment for 60 days on a proposal to renew the information collections described below. One comment was received for each information collection described below. Each was generally supportive of the requirements set forth in the respective rules but did not address the paperwork burden for the information collections. The FDIC hereby gives notice of its plan to submit to OMB a request to approve the renewal of these collections, and again invites comment on these renewals.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted the request of Exelon Generation Company, LLC to withdraw its application dated August 30, 2017, for a proposed amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-16. The proposed amendment would have revised License Condition 2.C.(5) regarding the Electric Power Research Institute's (EPRI's) technical report BWRVIP-18, ``BWR [Boiling Water Reactor] Vessel and Internals Project, BWR Core Spray Internals inspection and Flaw Evaluation Guidelines,'' revision from December 2, 1999, to December 21, 2016.

NARA proposes to request an extension from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) of a currently approved information collection used by the public and other Federal agencies to use its official seal(s) and/or logo(s). On March 2, 2018, we published the original version of this notice, but realized thereafter that there was an error in the number of estimated responses, which also affected the other numbers. This corrected notice fixes the error and numbers and replaces the original notice (NARA-2018-021). We invite you to comment on this proposed information collection pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
