Notice of Availability; Proposed Updated Compliance Manual on Religious Discrimination
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) is announcing the availability of a draft updated guidance, entitled ``Proposed Updated Compliance Manual on Religious Discrimination.'' The proposed updated guidance explains a variety of issues applicable to religious discrimination claims, discusses typical scenarios in which religious discrimination and requests for religious accommodation may arise, and provides guidance to employers on how to balance the needs of individuals in a diverse religious climate. The proposed guidance, when finalized, will supersede the Commission's Compliance Manual on Religious Discrimination issued on July 22, 2008.

Agency Information Collection Activity: Comment Request; Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery
This notice announces the intention of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to request a three-year approval, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), of a revision to the current Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) previously approved. The EEOC is seeking OMB approval to remove Component 1 from OMB control number 3046-0007 and assign it a new PRA control number. The EEOC is not submitting a request to approve Component 2 of the EEO-1 collection.
2020 Adjustment of the Penalty for Violation of Notice Posting Requirements
In accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, which further amended the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, this final rule adjusts for inflation the civil monetary penalty for violation of the notice-posting requirements in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act.
2019 Adjustment of the Penalty for Violation of Notice Posting Requirements; Correction
The EEOC is correcting the RIN Number of its item titled ``2019 Adjustment of the Penalty for Violation of Notice Posting Requirements,'' and adding to the authority citation to identify the statutory authority for the EEOC to make adjustments to the penalty for violating notice posting requirements.
