This method would require generators
and transporters to possess units that

Documents and Meeting Minutes
The meeting background paper,

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Section 3
of Executive Order 13891 requires
federal agencies to ‘‘establish or
maintain on its website a single,
searchable, indexed database that
contains or links to all guidance
documents in effect from such agency or
component.’’ Executive Order 13891, 84
FR 55,235 (October 9, 2019).
Question 1 of OMB Memorandum M–
20–02 further requires agencies to ‘‘send
to the Federal Register a notice
announcing the existence of the new
guidance portal and explaining that all
guidance documents remaining in effect
are contained on the new guidance
portal.’’ OMB Memorandum M–20–02
(October 31, 2019).
In compliance with the above, the
EEOC is noticing the availability of a
single, searchable, indexed database
containing all EEOC guidance
documents currently in effect, which
may be accessed at www.eeoc.gov/
guidance on or after February 28, 2020.

Communications Commission (FCC or

Comments are requested concerning:
Whether the proposed collection of
information is necessary for the proper

Commission, including whether the

the accuracy of the Commission’s
burden estimate; ways to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information collected; ways to minimize
the burden of the collection of
information on the respondents,
including the use of automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology; and ways to
further reduce the information
collection burden on small business
concerns with fewer than 25 employees.
The FCC may not conduct or sponsor
a collection of information unless it
displays a currently valid Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) control
number. No person shall be subject to
any penalty for failing to comply with
a collection of information subject to the

control number.
