FMCSA corrects its January 6, 2025, notice requesting comments for 19 individuals to renew exemptions from the Agency's requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) that interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers have no established medical history or clinical diagnosis of epilepsy or any other condition which is likely to cause loss of consciousness or any loss of ability to control a CMV. An individual's name was misspelled, and this notice corrects that error.

FMCSA announces its decision to renew exemptions for 25 individuals from the hearing requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) for interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. The exemptions enable these hard of hearing and deaf individuals to continue to operate CMVs in interstate commerce.

The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2016-14-03, which applies to all Airbus SAS Model A319-111, -112, -113, -114, -115, -131, -132, and -133 airplanes; Model A320-211, -212, -214, -231, -232, and -233 airplanes; and Model A321-111, -112, -131, -211, - 212, -213, -231, and -232 airplanes. AD 2016-14-03 requires reinforcing the forward pressure bulkhead at a certain stringer on both the left- hand and right-hand sides and doing related investigative and corrective actions if necessary. Since the FAA issued AD 2016-14-03, new crack findings have prompted the need for repetitive inspections of the area. This proposed AD would continue to require the actions in AD 2016-14-03, add repetitive inspections of structure at a certain frame and applicable corrective actions, provide a terminating action for the repetitive inspections, and remove airplanes from the applicability, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This notice announces Air Repair, Inc. surrendered its supplemental type certificates (STC) SE03079AT to the FAA. This action is intended to inform all aircraft owners who may possess a product affected by these surrendered certificates.

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-700-1A10 and BD-700-1A11 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that incorrect information was found in certain calculation tables in a section of the airplane flight manual (AFM) that addresses certain slat-flap conditions. This proposed AD would require revising the Non-Normal Procedures section of the existing AFM to provide the flightcrew with corrected procedures to use in certain slat-flap conditions. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This action proposes to amend Class D airspace extending upward from the surface to and including 2,500 feet MSL within a 4.5- mile radius of William P. Gwinn Airport, beginning at the 205[deg] bearing from the airport clockwise to the 145[deg] bearing, thence to the beginning point. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations in the area.

The FAA is responsible for determining MPL required to cover claims by a third party for bodily injury or property damage, and the United States, its agencies, and its contractors and subcontractors for covered property damage or loss, resulting from a Commercial space transportation permitted or licensed activity. The MPL determination forms the basis for financial responsibility requirements issued in a license or permit order.

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) invites public comments on our intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to renew an information collection in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection OMB 2133-0545 (Maritime Administration (MARAD) Jones Act Vessel Availability Determinations) is used to collect information about the availability of qualified Jones Act vessels. Since the last renewal, there was a reduction in the public burden for this collection. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies.

Mack Trucks, Inc., (Mack) has determined that certain model year (MY) 2017-2026 Mack Pinnacle (PI/PN) and MY 2017-2019 Mack CHU trucks do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 121, Air Brake Systems. Mack filed a noncompliance report dated December 20, 2024, and amended it on January 15, 2025. Mack petitioned NHTSA (the "Agency") on January 15, 2025, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety. This document announces receipt of Mack's petition.

The FAA is correcting an airworthiness directive (AD) that was published in the Federal Register. That AD applies to all The Boeing Company Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, -900, and -900ER series airplanes. As published, the service information referenced in certain paragraphs of the regulatory text is incorrect, and the dates specified in the "System Airworthiness Limitation No. 3Fan Blade Out Conditions" text and "System Airworthiness Limitation No. 4Engine Nacelle Maintenance Errors" text of figure 1 to paragraph (j) of the regulatory text are incorrect. The FHWA, on behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), is issuing this notice to announce actions taken by FDOT and other Federal Agencies that are final agency actions. These actions relate to the proposed State Road (S.R.) 5/U.S. 1 Over Pellicer Creek Bridge Replacement Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study (Financial Management Number 447118-1). The project consists of replacing the parallel bridges at S.R. 5/U.S. 1 over Pellicer Creek (Existing Bridge Numbers 730008 and 730045) in Flagler (City of Palm Coast) and St. Johns Counties, Florida, and includes the necessary roadway and drainage elements to provide transitions to the existing roadway and drainage systems. These actions grant licenses, permits, or approvals for the project.

AD 2023-02-18 requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. Since the FAA issued AD 2023-02-18, the FAA has determined that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would continue to require certain actions in AD 2023-02-18 and would require revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This action proposes to establish restricted areas R-5305A, R- 5305B, and R-5305C; Camp Lejeune, NC; and restricted areas R-5307A, R- 5307B, and R-5307C; Cherry Point, NC. The purpose of this proposal is to create additional restricted area airspace to connect restricted area R-5003, R-5004, and R-5306 complexes to contain hazardous activities such as weapon deployment, non-eye safe lasers, and artillery within larger contiguous restricted area airspace that is required to realistically simulate essential training mission tasks.

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Challis Airport, Challis, ID, in support of the airport's transition from visual flight rules (VFR) to instrument flight rules (IFR) operations.

The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Helicopters Model EC225LP helicopters. This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would require revising the airworthiness limitations section (ALS) of the existing maintenance manual (MM) or instructions for continued airworthiness (ICAs) and the existing approved maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Stanford/Biggerstaff Field, Stanford, MT. This action supports the airport's transition from visual flight rules (VFR) to instrument flight rules (IFR) operations.

This action proposes to establish Class E airspace at Wickenburg, AZ. The FAA is proposing this action to support new instrument procedures and to support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations.
