Disposition of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional requestors come forward.

The National Park Service is expanding the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that is being prepared for updating the General Management Plan (GMP) for Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. As part of this conservation planning and environmental impact analysis effort, the Draft EIS will include a wilderness study to determine if any additional portions of the park should be recommended for inclusion in the National Wilderness Preservation System (currently the park contains 130,790 acres of Congressionally designated Wilderness).

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to submit a request for renewal (with revisions) of an existing approved information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB): Use Authorization Application (Form 7-2540), OMB Control Number: 1006-0003.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has prepared the Proposed Resource Management Plan/Final Environmental Impact Statement (Proposed RMP/Final EIS) for the Taos Field Office, New Mexico, and by this Notice is announcing its availability.

On November 9, 2011, we, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), published a notice of availability of a draft environmental assessment (EA) and an application from the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife (MDIFW) for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (ESA), for public comment. We also announced public meetings. However, we made an error in the end date we gave for public comments. This notice corrects that date error.

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation, we, our, or us) is decreasing the amount of the administrative costs assessment set forth in the Acreage Limitation Rules and Regulations (Regulations), 43 CFR part 426. Based on our latest required review, the current $290 administrative costs assessment is being decreased to $230.

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, have issued the following permits to conduct certain activities with endangered species under the authority of the Endangered Species Act, as amended (Act).

On September 27, 2011, the Department of the Interior signed a Finding of No Significant Impact which documents the selection of the Proposed Action as presented in the Final Environmental Assessment for the Block Notice 1A Heber Sub-Area Agricultural Water to Municipal & Industrial Water Conversion.

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), propose to designate critical habitat for the southern Selkirk Mountains population of woodland caribou (Rangifer tarandus caribou) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). In total, approximately 375,562 acres (151,985 hectares) are being proposed for designation as critical habitat. The proposed critical habitat is located in Boundary and Bonner counties in Idaho, and Pend Oreille County in Washington.

The purpose of this notice is to reopen the nomination period for the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Albuquerque District Resource Advisory Council (RAC) in Category 3. The Albuquerque RAC provides advice and recommendations to the BLM on land use planning and management of the public lands within the BLM's Albuquerque District.

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Indian Affairs is submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for renewal for the collection of information titled ``Probate of Indian Estates, Except for Members of the Osage Nation and the Five Civilized Tribes.'' The information collection is currently authorized by OMB Control Number 1076-0169, which expires November 30, 2011.

Notice is hereby given of contractual actions that have been proposed to the Bureau of Reclamation and are new, modified, discontinued, or completed since the last publication of this notice on September 29, 2011. From the date of this publication, future notices during this calendar year will be limited to new, modified, discontinued, or completed contract actions. This notice is one of a variety of means used to inform the public about proposed contractual actions for capital recovery and management of project resources and facilities consistent with section 9(f) of the Reclamation Project Act of 1939. Additional announcements of individual contract actions may be published in the Federal Register and in newspapers of general circulation in the areas determined by Reclamation to be affected by the proposed action.

The Washington State University, Museum of Anthropology (WSU) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and present-day Indian tribes. Representatives of any Indian tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remains and associated funerary objects may contact WSU. Repatriation of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward.

The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and the University of Tennessee McClung Museum (McClung Museum) have completed an inventory of human remains in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes, and have determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and present-day Indian tribes. Representatives of any Indian tribe that believes itself to be culturally affiliated with the human remains may contact the TVA and McClung Museum. Repatriation of the human remains to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward.

The United States Department of Defense, Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, and the Washington State University Museum of Anthropology, have completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, in consultation with the appropriate Indian tribes, and have determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and present- day Indian tribes. Repatriation of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the Indian tribes stated below may occur if no additional claimants come forward.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will file the plat of survey of the lands described below in the BLM Montana State Office, Billings, Montana, on December 28, 2011.

This notice informs the public that the Assistant Secretary Indian Affairs proclaimed approximately 30.00 acres, more or less, as the Fort Sill Apache Indian Reservation for the Fort Sill Apache Tribe of Indians.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Hollister Field Office, proposes to sell a parcel of public land totaling approximately 23.42 acres, more or less, in Santa Clara County, California. The public land would be sold for appraised fair market value. The appraised value of the public land is $135,000.
