Notice is hereby given that the Indian Health Service (IHS) has decided to expand the geographic boundaries of the Purchased/ Referred Care Delivery Area (PRCDA) for the Hoh Indian Tribe in the State of Washington to include the county of Clallam in the State of Washington. The final PRCDA for the Hoh Indian Tribe is now the Washington counties of Jefferson and Clallam. The sole purpose of this expansion is to authorize additional Hoh Indian Tribe members and beneficiaries to receive Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) services.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is modifying a system of records maintained by the Indian Health Service (IHS), System No. 09-17-0003, Indian Health Service Medical Staff Credentials and Privileges Records. The system of records covers records about individuals who request credentialing and privileging to serve as IHS medical or health care professionals.

The final PRC delivery area for the NWBSN is Box Elder County, Davis, Salt Lake, and Weber counties in the State of Utah. The sole purpose of this expansion is to authorize NWBSN to cover additional Tribal members and beneficiaries to receive PRC services.
