On April 1, 2019, Cricket Valley Energy Center, LLC (CVEC), as owner and operator of a new baseload power plant, the Cricket Valley Energy Project (Project), submitted a coal capability self- certification to the Department of Energy (DOE). The Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978, as amended, and regulations thereunder require DOE to publish a notice of filing of self-certification in the Federal Register.

Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below. On February 8, 2019, the Commission published a Notice in the Federal Register in Docket No. IC19-8-000 requesting public comments. The Commission received no public comments and is noting that in the related submittal to OMB.

This document corrects the Notice of Availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Jordan Cove Energy Project (CP17-495-000 and CP17-494-000) which published in the Federal Register on Friday, April 5, 2019. The attachment to the Notice, which contained the Forest Service Planning Rule Requirements, was inadvertently omitted. This corrects the omission by republishing the Notice in its entirety with the attachment.
