Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-725K); Comment Request; Extension
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection, FERC-725K (Mandatory Reliability Standards for the SERC Region).
Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-546); Comment Request
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3507(a)(1)(D), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is submitting its information collection FERC-546 (Certificated Rate Filings) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of the information collection requirements. Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below. The Commission previously issued a Notice in the Federal Register (80 FR 44094, 7/24/2015) requesting public comments. The Commission received no comments on the FERC-546 and is making this notation in its submittal to OMB.

Sam Rayburn Dam Power Rate
The Acting Administrator, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern), has prepared Current and Revised 2015 Power Repayment Studies for the Sam Rayburn Dam project which show the need for an increase in annual revenues to meet cost recovery criteria. Such increased revenues are needed primarily to cover the costs associated with increased operations and maintenance costs and increased interest expense associated with investments and replacements in the hydroelectric generating facilities. The Acting Administrator of Southwestern has developed a proposed Sam Rayburn Dam Rate Schedule, which is supported by power repayment studies, to recover the required revenues. The Revised 2015 Power Repayment Study indicates that the proposed Rate Schedule would increase annual revenues approximately 7.9 percent from $4,230,120 to $4,563,792 effective January 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019.
Robert D. Willis Power Rate

Such increased revenues are needed primarily to cover the costs associated with increased operations and maintenance costs, increased interest expense plus increased costs associated with investments and replacements in the hydroelectric generating facilities. The Acting Administrator of Southwestern has developed a proposed Robert D. Willis Rate Schedule, which is supported by power repayment studies, to recover the required revenues. The Revised 2015 Power Repayment Study indicates that the proposed Rate Schedule would increase annual revenues approximately 8.6 percent from $1,181,496 to $1,282,836 effective January 1, 2016 through September 30, 2019.
