Performance Review Board-Appointment of Members
This notice announces the appointment of those individuals who have been selected to serve as members of the Performance Review Board (PRB). The PRB is comprised of a Chairperson and career senior executives that meet annually to review and evaluate performance appraisal documents. The PRB provides a written recommendation to the appointing authority for final approval of each SES and SL performance rating, performance-based pay adjustment, and performance award. The PRB is advised by the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Office of Legal Counsel, and Office for Civil Rights, Diversity and Inclusion to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Designated members will serve a 12-month term.

Agency Information Collection Activities: Renewal Without Change of Existing Collection; Comment Request
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) announces that it has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for a three-year extension without change of the existing collection requirements under the Waivers of rights and claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). No public comments were received in response to the EEOC's June 12, 2023 60-Day Notice soliciting comments on the proposed extension of this collection.

Regulations To Implement the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is issuing a proposed rule to implement the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, which requires a covered entity to provide reasonable accommodations to a qualified employee's or applicant's known limitation related to, affected by, or arising out of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, unless the accommodation will cause an undue hardship on the operation of the business of the covered entity.

Procedures for Previously Exempt State and Local Government Employee Complaints of Employment Discrimination Under Section 304 of the Government Employee Rights Act of 1991
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) is proposing to amend its existing regulations by which state and local government employees who were previously exempt from coverage under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 may bring claims of employment discrimination pursuant to the Government Employee Rights Act of 1991. The EEOC proposes to amend the regulations to explicitly provide for digital transmission of documents, to update the regulation based upon the text of other regulations or statutes, and to make a number of editorial revisions to improve clarity and correct errors.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Existing Collection
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) announces that it has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for a three-year PRA approval of revisions to Component 1 of the Employer Information Report (EEO-1). This PRA submission for the EEO-1 Component 1 does not change the types of demographic workforce data historically collected by the EEO-1 (i.e., employee data by job category and sex and race or ethnicity). Rather, as part of this routine three-year clearance for Component 1 under the PRA, the EEOC seeks OMB approval of measures that streamline and modernize how the current EEO-1 Component 1 workforce demographic data are collected from employers.
2023 Adjustment of the Penalty for Violation of Notice Posting Requirements
In accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, this final rule adjusts for inflation the civil monetary penalty for violation of the notice- posting requirements in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Genetic Information Non- Discrimination Act.
Regulations Under the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008; Correction
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (``EEOC'' or ``Commission'') is hereby making a technical amendment to the regulations implementing Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (``GINA''). Currently, the authority citation includes a typographical error. This final action will make the authority citation accurate. The amendment is administrative in nature and does not make any substantive changes to the regulations governing GINA.
