Amendment of Class D and E Airspace for the Following Texas Towns; Houston Sugar Land, TX; Alice, TX; Bay City, TX; Brenham, TX; Burnet, TX; Falfurrias, TX; Graford, TX; and Hamilton, TX
This action modifies Class D and Class E surface area airspace at Sugar Land Regional Airport, Houston Sugar Land, TX; and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Kingsville Kleberg County Airport, Alice, TX; Bay City Municipal Airport, Bay City, TX; Brenham Municipal Airport, Brenham, TX; Burnet Municipal Airport-Kate Craddock Field, Burnet, TX; Brooks County Airport, Falfurrias, TX; Possum Kingdom Airport, Graford, TX; and Hamilton Municipal Airport, Hamilton, TX. Decommissioning of non-directional radio beacons (NDBs), cancellation of NDB approaches, and implementation of area navigation (RNAV) procedures have made this action necessary for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at these airports. Additionally, the geographic coordinates at Bay City Municipal Airport, Brenham Municipal Airport, and Brooks County Airport, as well as the name of Sugar Land Regional Airport (formerly Sugar Land Municipal/Hull Field) are being adjusted to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database. This action does not remove Class E airspace at Horseshoe Bay Resort Airport, Austin, TX, as was proposed.
Airworthiness Directives; General Electric Company Turbofan Engines
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain General Electric Company (GE) GEnx-1B64, -1B64/P1, -1B64/P2, - 1B67, -1B67/P1, -1B67/P2, -1B70, -1B70/P1, -1B70/P2, -1B70/75/P1, - 1B70/75/P2, -1B70C/P1, -1B70C/P2, -1B74/75/P1, -1B74/75/P2, -1B76A/P2 turbofan engines. This proposed AD was prompted by a fracture of the fuel manifold which led to an in-flight shutdown of the engine. This proposed AD would require replacement of the outer left side signal fuel manifold with a part eligible for installation. We are proposing this AD to correct the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Defense and Space S.A. (Formerly Known as Construcciones Aeronauticas, S.A.) Airplanes
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Defense and Space S.A. Model CN-235, CN-235-100, CN-235-200, CN- 235-300, and C-295 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a reported inability to extend the external handle of the emergency door from its recess due to a jammed spring mechanism. This proposed AD would require a one-time functional check of each emergency door handle, and corrective actions if necessary. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Learjet Inc. Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Learjet Inc. Model 36A airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report indicating that an aileron cable failed on an airplane during a tension check and a determination that Model 36A airplanes were not included in AD 2005-13-36, which addresses this issue for other Learjet Inc. airplanes. This AD requires a one-time inspection of the center ball of the aileron control cables for a defective swage, and corrective actions if necessary. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model BD-100-1A10 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by several reports of nose wheel steering failures in service. This proposed AD would require a part verification and replacement of certain steering manifolds. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce plc Turbofan Engines
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Rolls-Royce plc (RR) Trent 1000-A, Trent 1000-C, Trent 1000-D, Trent 1000-E, Trent 1000-G, and Trent 1000-H turbofan engines. This AD requires initial and repetitive inspections of affected high-pressure turbine (HPT) blades for cracks. This AD was prompted by high engine vibration due to HPT blade deterioration resulting in operational disruptions. We are issuing this AD to correct the unsafe condition on these products.
Amendment of Class E Airspace; Santa Rosa, CA
This action modifies Class E airspace designated as an extension to a Class D airspace at Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport, Santa Rosa, CA, by reducing the northwest segment and adding a segment southeast of the airport, and adds part-time Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) information. This action also amends Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface to include only that area required for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport. Further, the proposed change to the geographic coordinates of the airport for the Class D and E airspace areas is not finalized in this action because those changes were made in a prior rulemaking.
Establishment of Class E Airspace; Wessington Springs, SD
This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Wessington Springs Airport, Wessington Springs, SD. Controlled airspace is necessary to accommodate new Standard Instrument Approach Procedures developed at Wessington Springs Airport, for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport.
Amendment of Air Traffic Service (ATS) Routes; Southwest Oklahoma
This action modifies 3 VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airways (V-140, V-272, and V-440) in the vicinity of Sayre, OK. The FAA is taking this action due to the scheduled decommissioning of the Sayre, OK, VOR/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) facility that provides navigation guidance for a portion of the airways listed. This action enhances the enroute structure within the National Airspace System.
Amendment Class E Airspace, St. Petersburg, FL
This action amends Class E surface airspace area at St. Petersburg, FL, by updating the geographic coordinates of St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport. The boundaries and operating requirements of the airspace area remain the same.
Proposed Modification of VOR Federal Airways V-55, V-63, V-177, V-228, and V-246 in the Vicinity of Stevens Point, WI
This action proposes to modify five VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airways in the vicinity of Stevens Point, WI. The FAA is proposing this action due to the planned decommissioning of the Stevens Point, WI (STE), VHF Omnidirectional Range/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) navigation aid (NAVAID) which provides navigation guidance for portions of the ATS routes proposed to be amended by this action. This action would enhance the safety and efficient management of aircraft in the Stevens Point, WI, area.
Airspace Designations; Incorporation by Reference Amendments
This action incorporates certain amendments into FAA Order 7400.11A, dated August 3, 2016, and effective September 15, 2016, for incorporation by reference in 14 CFR 71.1.
Proposed Establishment of Class E Airspace, Grassrange, MT
This action proposes to establish Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at N Bar Ranch, Grassrange, MT, to support the development of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations under standard instrument approach and departure procedures at the airport, for the safety and management of aircraft within the National Airspace System.
Revocation of Class E Airspace; Farmington, MO; and Amendment of Class E Airspace for the following Missouri Towns; Ava, MO; Cameron, MO; Chillicothe, MO; Farmington, MO; and Festus, MO
This action removes Class E surface area airspace at Farmington Regional Airport, Farmington, MO; and modifies Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Ava Bill Martin Memorial Airport, Ava, MO; Cameron Memorial Airport, Cameron, MO; Chillicothe Municipal Airport, Chillicothe, MO; Farmington Regional Airport, Farmington, MO; and Festus Memorial Airport, Festus, MO. Decommissioning of non-directional radio beacons (NDB), cancellation of NDB approaches, and implementation of area navigation (RNAV) procedures have made this action necessary for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at these airports.
Proposed Modification and Revocation of Multiple Air Traffic Service (ATS) Routes; Northcentral United States
This action proposes to amend and remove multiple VHF Omnidirectional Range (VOR) Federal airways in northcentral United States to reflect and accommodate route changes being made as part of the FAA's Cleveland/Detroit Metroplex Project airspace redesign effort.
Amendment of Class E Airspace; Milwaukee, WI
This action amends the legal description of Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface of the Earth at Milwaukee, WI, updating the airport name of Batten International Airport (formerly John H. Batten Airport), Racine, WI. This action also updates the geographic coordinates of General Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee, WI, to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database.
Establishment of Class E Airspace, Weed, CA
This action establishes Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Weed Airport, Weed, CA, to support the development of Area Navigation (RNAV) Global Positioning System (GPS) Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations under standard instrument approach and departure procedures at the airport, and for the safety and management of controlled airspace within the National Airspace System.
Amendment of Class E Airspace, Willows, CA
This action to modifies Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Willows-Glenn County Airport, Willows, CA, for the safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the airport. Decommissioning of the Maxwell VHF Omni- directional Range/Tactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) navigation aid and cancellation of associated approaches has made this action necessary. Also, the airport's geographic coordinates are adjusted to match the current FAA aeronautical database.
Proposed Amendment of Class E Airspace; for Haskell, TX
This action proposes to modify Class E airspace extending up to 700 feet above the surface at Haskell Municipal Airport, Haskell, TX. Airspace reconfiguration is necessary due to the decommissioning of the Haskell non-directional radio beacon (NDB), and cancellation of the NDB approach. This action would also update the geographic coordinates of the airport.
Establishment of Class E Airspace; Iron Mountain, MI
This action establishes additional Class E en route domestic airspace around the Iron Mountain VHF omnidirectional range/distance measuring equipment, MI, to facilitate vectoring of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) aircraft under control of Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC). This action enhances the safety and efficiency of IFR operations within the National Airspace System. This action also removes the Federal airways exclusionary language from the regulatory text. Additionally, the correct navigation aid is noted in Class E 700 foot airspace.
Amendment of Air Traffic Service (ATS) Routes; Eastern United States
This action modifies area navigation (RNAV) routes Q-39 and Q- 67, in the eastern United States. The modifications provide a more efficient airway design within a portion of the airspace assigned to the Indianapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC).
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model 747-8 and 747-8F series airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of damaged vapor seals, block seals, and heat shield seals on the outboard pylons between the engine strut and aft fairing. This AD requires repetitive inspections for heat damage of the vapor seals between the engine strut and aft fairing, and replacement of the seals with new seals if necessary. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Model A318-111, and -112 airplanes; Model A319-111, -112, -113, -114, and -115 airplanes; Model A320-211, -212 and -214 airplanes; and Model A321-111, -112, -211, -212, and -213 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of a production quality deficiency on the inner retainer installed on link assemblies of the aft engine mount, which could result in failure of the retainer. This AD requires an inspection for, and replacement of, all non-conforming aft engine mount retainers. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2008-13-12 R1 for certain The Boeing Company Model 737-100, -200, -200C, -300, -400, and -500 series airplanes. AD 2008-13-12 R1 required various repetitive inspections for cracking of a certain splice of the fuselage, and other specified and corrective actions if necessary; and provided for an optional preventive modification, which terminated the repetitive inspections. This new AD adds an inspection to determine if the existing frame repair meets all specified requirements; a modification of a certain splice, which terminates the repetitive inspections; reduces certain inspection thresholds and repetitive intervals; and adds post-repair/post-modification inspections. This AD was prompted by reports of additional fatigue cracking of a certain splice of the fuselage and one report of a severed frame, due to susceptibility to widespread fatigue damage (WFD). We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Amendment of VOR Federal Airways V-235 and V-293 in the Vicinity of Cedar City, Utah
This action corrects the preamble to a final rule published in the Federal Register of December 6, 2016, amending two Air Traffic Service Routes (ATS) in the vicinity of Cedar City, Utah. The three letter identifier for the renamed Enoch VOR/DME navigation aid is changed from (ENK) to (EHK).
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH (Previously Eurocopter Deutschland GmbH) Helicopters
We are superseding airworthiness directive (AD) 2014-05-06 for Eurocopter Deutschland GmbH (ECD) (now Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH) Model EC135 and MBB-BK 117 C-2 helicopters to correct an error in the compliance time. AD 2014-05-06 required inspecting the flight- control bearings and installing bushings and washers. This AD requires the same actions. These actions are intended to prevent an unsafe condition on these products.
Proposed Establishment of Temporary Restricted Area R-5602; Fort Sill, OK
This action proposes to establish temporary restricted area R- 5602, over the Fort Sill, OK, R-5601 restricted area complex, to support the U.S. Army Maneuver & Fires Integration Experiment (MFIX) 2018 scheduled for December 2017. MFIX 2018 is planned to exercise hazardous laser operations conducting counter unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) activities. The temporary restricted area would be in effect from December 4 through December 15, 2017.
Proposed Establishment of Temporary Restricted Areas R-2920A and R-2920B; Santa Rosa Island, FL.
This action proposes to establish two temporary restricted areas, designated R-2920A and R-2920B, south of the Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL, Range Complex and within the 14 CFR part 93 ``Valparaiso, Florida, Terminal Area'' Special Air Traffic Rules Area. The purpose of the proposed areas is to test counter-unmanned aircraft systems capabilities. The temporary restricted areas would be in effect from May 11 to May 18, 2017.
Proposed Establishment of Temporary Restricted Areas R-2509E, R-2509W, and R-2509N; Twentynine Palms, CA
This action proposes to establish temporary restricted areas R-2509E, R-2509W, and R-2509N, Twentynine Palms, CA, to support a Marine Expeditionary Brigade level Large Scale Exercise (LSE) planned for existing and newly acquired training lands at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twentynine Palms from August 7 to August 26, 2017.
Airworthiness Directives; Textron Aviation Inc. (Type Certificate Previously Held by Cessna Aircraft Company) Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Textron Aviation Inc. Model 560XL airplanes. This AD requires inspections of the fuel tube and right alternating current (AC) generator wires. This AD was prompted by reports of inadequate separation between the electrical wire bundle and fuel tube. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Rolls-Royce Corporation Turbofan Engines
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC) AE 3007C and 3007C1 model turbofan engines. This proposed AD was prompted by analysis and by cracks found in the high-pressure turbine (HPT) wheel during an inspection. This proposed AD would require replacement of the affected HPT wheels at new, lower life limits. We are proposing this AD to correct the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes
We propose to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2014-20- 09 for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model DHC-8-400 series airplanes. AD 2014-20-09 currently requires an inspection for missing clamps that are required to provide positive separation between the alternating current (AC) feeder cables and the hydraulic line of the landing gear alternate extension, and related investigative and corrective actions if necessary. Since we issued AD 2014-20-09, it was determined that certain airplane serial numbers are not subject to the identified unsafe condition. This proposed AD would remove airplanes from the AD applicability. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) all The Boeing Company Model 737-600, -700, -700C, -800, and -900 series airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of paint deterioration on the surface of the main landing gear (MLG) and the early onset of corrosion in the trunnion bore of the MLG outer cylinder. This AD requires identifying affected parts, repetitive external surface detailed inspections for damage of affected parts, and related investigative and corrective actions if necessary. For certain airplanes, this AD also requires a detailed inspection and bushing replacement of the trunnion bore, and related investigative and corrective actions if necessary. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Airplanes
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2012-22-12 for all Airbus Model A330-243, -243F, -341, -342, and -343 airplanes. AD 2012-22-12 required inspecting piccolo tubes and mount links, the aft side of the forward bulkhead, and outer boundary angles (OBAs); and doing corrective actions if necessary. This new AD retains certain requirements of AD 2012-22-12, and adds inspections of certain areas of the forward bulkhead, and related investigative and corrective actions if necessary. This AD was prompted by reports of cracking of air intake cowls, worn and detached attachment links, fractured thermal anti-ice (TAI) piccolo tubes, and loose or missing attachment rivets of the inner boundary angles (IBAs) and OBAs of the forward bulkhead. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A. (Embraer) Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautica S.A. (Embraer) Model EMB-135BJ, EMB- 135ER, EMB-135KE, EMB-135KL, EMB-135LR, EMB-145, EMB-145EP, EMB-145ER, EMB-145LR, EMB-145MP, EMB-145MR, and EMB-145XR airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of main airspeed indication discrepancies during flight; these discrepancies resulted from ice blockages in certain pitot total pressure lines. This AD requires an inspection for tube misalignment of the pitot number 1 and pitot number 2 tube assembly lines, and corrective actions if necessary; installation or replacement (as applicable) of a tube ribbon heater on the pitot number 1 and pitot number 2 tube assembly lines; and revision of the airplane flight manual (AFM) to provide certain procedures and airspeed tables for the flightcrew. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; BAE Systems (Operations) Limited
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2012-16-08 for certain BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Model BAe 146 and Avro 146-RJ series airplanes. AD 2012-16-08 required repetitive inspections for bulging, surface anomalies, and cracking of the fuselage skin adjacent to the discharge valves, and repair and application of additional sealant in the affected area if necessary. This new AD retains the requirements of AD 2012-16-08, expands the applicability, and requires an additional one-time inspection for the presence of water traps/air driers to determine which airplanes must be inspected. This AD was prompted by reports of cracking and surface anomalies of the fuselage skin at the water trap/air drier unit of the forward discharge valve due to corrosion, and the determination that airplanes on which a certain auto-pressurization modification was incorporated during production were excluded from the applicability of AD 2012-16-08, but are also affected by this condition. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Airplanes
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Model A321 series airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a full scale fatigue test campaign on these airplanes in the context of the extended service goal. This proposed AD would require inspections of the affected frame locations, and repair if necessary. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 757 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of single and multiple uncommanded spoiler panel extensions during flight when there was a hydraulic system failure. This AD requires replacing certain spoiler power control units (PCUs) with new or changed PCUs. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Airplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation Model GVI airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report indicating that there are design deficiencies in the software used for monitoring the disconnect for the flight control computer (FCC)-hosted flight controls actuation main ram linear variable differential transducer (LVDT). This AD requires an update of the FCC software. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Airplanes
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2011-10-17 for all Airbus Model A300 and A310 series airplanes, and Model A300 B4-600, B4-600R, and F4-600R series airplanes, and Model C4-605R Variant F airplanes (collectively called A300-600 series airplanes). AD 2011-10- 17 required revising the maintenance program by incorporating certain airworthiness limitation items (ALIs). This AD requires revising the maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or revised structural inspection requirements. This AD also removes Model A310 and A300-600 series airplanes from the applicability. This AD was prompted by a revision of certain ALI documents, which specify more restrictive instructions and/or airworthiness limitations. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2014-23-06 for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes. AD 2014-23-06 required modifying the main landing gear (MLG) by installing a new bracket on the left and right lower aft-wing planks. This new AD requires modification of the MLG with an improved design. This AD was prompted by a report indicating that inboard and outboard hydraulic lines of the brakes were found connected to the incorrect ports on the swivel assembly of the MLG. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2012-16-07 for certain The Boeing Company Model 737-500 series airplanes. AD 2012-16- 07 required inspections of the fuselage skin at the chem-milled steps, and repair if necessary. This new AD adds new inspections, permanent repairs of time-limited repairs, related investigative and corrective actions if necessary, and skin panel replacement. This AD was prompted by evaluation by the design approval holder (DAH) that indicates that the fuselage skin is subject to widespread fatigue damage (WFD), and reports of cracking in certain areas of the fuselage skin. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all The Boeing Company Model 737-300, -400, and -500 series airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of intergranular cracks on the front spar chord lugs of the outboard horizontal stabilizer. This AD requires repetitive inspections of the front spar chord lugs and lug bores of the horizontal stabilizer, and repair if necessary. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Airplanes
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Airbus Model A300 series airplanes; Model A300 B4-600, B4-600R, and F4- 600R series airplanes, and Model A300 C4-605R Variant F airplanes (collectively called Model A300-600 series airplanes); and Model A310 series airplanes. This proposed AD is intended to complete certain mandated programs intended to support the airplane reaching its limit of validity (LOV) of the engineering data that support the established structural maintenance program. This proposed AD would require inspecting the forward passenger doors to identify the part number, and for affected doors, inspecting to identify existing repairs and corrective actions if necessary. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Limited Helicopters
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Limited (Bell) Model 429 helicopters. This proposed AD would require adding an identification number to life- limited rod ends that do not have a serial number (S/N). The proposed actions are intended to address an unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Helicopters
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH (Airbus Helicopters) Model MBB-BK 117 C-2 (including configuration C-2e) and MBB-BK 117 D-2 helicopters. This proposed AD would require replacing the main rotor (M/R) blade vibration absorbers. This proposed AD is prompted by a report of strong M/R blade vibrations on a Model MBB-BK 117 C-2 helicopter. The proposed actions are intended to prevent an unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; Romtex Anjou Aeronautique (Romtex) Torso Restraint Systems
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Romtex torso restraint systems (restraint systems) installed on but not limited to Airbus Helicopters Model AS350B2, AS350B3, EC130B4, EC130T2, and AS355NP helicopters. This proposed AD would require replacing certain restraint system buckles. This proposed AD is prompted by a report of several restraint system buckle knobs breaking. The proposed actions are intended to correct an unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; British Aerospace Regional Aircraft Airplanes
We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for British Aerospace Regional Aircraft Model HP 137 Jetstream MK1, Jetstream Series 200, and Jetstream Series 3101 airplanes that would supersede AD 2014-07-07. This proposed AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) originated by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as cracking of the forward main landing gear yoke pintle resulting from corrosion pits leading to stress corrosion cracking. We are issuing this proposed AD to require actions to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Airworthiness Directives; The Boeing Company Airplanes
We are superseding Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2005-13-30, for all The Boeing Company Model 737-100, -200, and -200C series airplanes. AD 2005-13-30 required repetitive inspections to detect discrepancies of certain fuselage skin panels located just aft of the wheel well, and repair if necessary. This new AD adds new fuselage skin inspections for cracking, inspections to detect missing or loose fasteners and any disbonding or cracking of bonded doublers, permanent repairs of time-limited repairs, related investigative and corrective actions if necessary, and skin panel replacement. This AD was prompted by an evaluation by the design approval holder (DAH) indicating that the fuselage skin is subject to widespread fatigue damage (WFD), and reports of cracks at the chem-milled steps in the fuselage skin. We are issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

The FAA is correcting an airworthiness directive (AD) that published in the Federal Register. That AD applies to certain The Boeing Company Model 767-300 and 767-300F airplanes. Certain service information citations in the preamble and regulatory text are incorrect. This document corrects those errors. In all other respects, the original document remains the same.
