The Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved certain collections of information listed in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION below, following the Wage and Hour Division's submission of requests for approvals under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). This notice describes the information collections that have been approved or re-approved, the corresponding OMB Control Numbers, and their current expiration dates.

The Department of Labor, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a pre-clearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A). This program helps to assure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is soliciting comments on the information collection for Performance Reports for MSHA Grants.

The Department of Labor, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a pre-clearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a document in the Federal Register on May 16, 2017, soliciting public comments concerning its proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval of the information collection requirements specified in the Fire Protection in Shipyard Employment Standard. The document contained an incorrect docket number. This notice corrects the docket number.

The Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is soliciting comments concerning a proposed extension for the authority to conduct the information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Unemployment Insurance (UI) State Quality Service Plan (SQSP) Planning and Reporting Guidelines.'' This comment request is part of continuing Departmental efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).

ACCSH will hold a teleconference meeting June 20, 2017, to consider a proposed rule to extend the enforcement date for OSHA's crane operator certification requirement in the Cranes and Derricks in Construction standard for an additional year until November 10, 2018. OSHA also proposes to extend the existing employer duty to ensure that crane operators are trained and competent to operate equipment safely for the same period of time.

The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, ``Gear Certification Standard,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use, without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). Public comments on the ICR are invited.

This document announces a new Operational Status Agreement between the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the California State Plan, which specifies the respective areas of federal and state authority, and which clarifies California's coverage over maritime employment and OSHA's coverage over private employers on military installations and federal parks, and under which OSHA gains coverage over private and tribal employers on U.S. Government- recognized Native American reservations and trust lands.

The working group will meet via teleconference on June 21, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) sponsored information collection request (ICR) revision titled, ``Description of Coal Mine Work and Other Employment,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995. Public comments on the ICR are invited.

This notice is to advise interested persons that on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, OSHA will conduct a public meeting to discuss proposals in preparation for the 33rd session of the United Nations Sub-Committee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (UNSCEGHS) to be held July 10 through July 12, 2017, in Geneva, Switzerland. OSHA, along with the U.S. Interagency GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals) Coordinating Group, plans to consider the comments and information gathered at this public meeting when developing the U.S. Government positions for the UNSCEGHS meeting. OSHA also will give an update on the Regulatory Cooperation Council (RCC). Also, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, the Department of Transportation (DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) will conduct a public meeting (See Docket No. PHMSA-2017-0037 Notice No. 2017-02) to discuss proposals in preparation for the 51st session of the United Nations Sub-Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (UNSCETDG) to be held July 3 to July 7, 2017, in Geneva, Switzerland. During this meeting, PHMSA is also requesting comments relative to potential new work items that may be considered for inclusion in its international agenda. PHMSA will also provide an update on recent actions to enhance transparency and stakeholder interaction through improvements to the international standards portion of its Web site.

Pursuant to Section 308 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (WIOA) notice is hereby given that the Workforce Information Advisory Council (WIAC) will meet on June 21 and 22, 2017. The meeting will take place at the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Janet Norwood Training and Conference Center in Washington, DC. The WIAC was established in accordance with provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), as amended, and will act in accordance with the applicable provisions of FACA and its implementing regulation.
