The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issues this final rule to require natural gas pipelines to submit all supporting statements, schedules and workpapers in native format (e.g., Microsoft Excel) with all links and formulas included when filing a Natural Gas Act section 4 rate case.

This notice announces a meeting of the National Petroleum Council. The Federal Advisory Committee Act requires that public notice of this meeting be announced in the Federal Register.

The formula rates for the Rocky Mountain Region's (RMR) Loveland Area Projects (LAP) firm electric service and sale of surplus products have been confirmed, approved, and placed into effect on an interim basis (Provisional Formula Rates). LAP consists of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project (Fry-Ark) and the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program (P-SMBP)Western Division, which were integrated for marketing and rate-making purposes in 1989. These new formula rates replace the existing formula rates for these services under Rate Schedules L-F11, Firm Electric Service, and L-M2, Sale of Surplus Products, which expire on December 31, 2022. The LAP firm electric service rate is increasing 16.5 percent. There are no changes to the formula rate for sale of surplus products.

EIA submitted an information collection request for extension as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes to the Electric Power & Renewable Electricity Surveys (EPRES), OMB Control Number; 1905-0129. EPRES consists of nine surveys, including annual, monthly and one daily survey. These surveys collect data from entities involved in the production, transmission, delivery, and sale of electricity, and in maintaining the reliable operation of the power system. The data collected are the primary source of information on the nation's electric power system. The renewable energy survey collects information on the manufacture, shipment, import, and export of photovoltaic cells and modules, and is the primary national source of information on these topics.

On June 14, 2022, the U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') published a request for information (``RFI'') regarding energy conservation standards for miscellaneous gas products (``MGPs''). In that RFI, DOE specifically sought stakeholder input and data on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, product categories, energy use, shipments, and technology options. Based on the information that DOE collected in response to stakeholder input, data that has been identified and collected by DOE, and data collected during confidential manufacturer interviews, DOE is publishing this notification of data availability (``NODA'') to provide stakeholders with additional information and to provide an additional opportunity for public input. DOE requests comments, data, and information on all aspects of the NODA.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requests information to help inform potential updates to categorical exclusions in its regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). DOE is considering revisions to ensure that its NEPA reviews are aligned with the latest DOE programs and initiatives for clean energy and electricity transmission projects, fully consider potential environmental impacts and community concerns, and are efficient and effective at informing DOE decisions. Through this request for information, DOE seeks recommendations and supporting information from interested individuals and organizations on establishing new categorical exclusions and revising existing ones.

In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection, FERC-547 (Gas Pipeline Rates: Refund Report Requirements), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
