Key Challenges in Reconstituting Uranium Mining and Conversion Capabilities in the United States
On February 24, 2020, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published a Request for Information (RFI) seeking comment on key challenges in reconstituting uranium mining and conversion capabilities in the United States. The RFI established a March 16, 2020 deadline for the submission of written comments. DOE is extending the comment period to March 30, 2020.
Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-725G); Comment Request; Extension
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection FERC-725G (Mandatory Reliability Standards for the Bulk-Power System: PRC Standards: Regional Reliability Standard PRC-006-NPCC-2 Automatic Underfrequency Load-Shedding (UFLS)) and submitting the information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below.
