In compliance with the requirements of section 3506(c)(2)(a) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. No. 104-13), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the specific aspects of the information collections described below.
Post-2010 Resource Pool, Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program-Eastern Division
Western Area Power Administration (Western), Upper Great Plains Region, a Federal power marketing agency of the Department of Energy (DOE), hereby announces the Post-2010 Resource Pool Power Allocation (Power Allocation) to fulfill the requirements of the Energy Planning and Management Program (Program). The Power Allocation comes from a Federal power resource pool of the long-term marketable resource of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin ProgramEastern Division (P-SMBPED) that is available January 1, 2011. Western will use power previously returned to Western for this resource pool and will not need to withdraw power from existing customers.
Amended Record of Decision: Idaho High-Level Waste and Facilities Disposition Final Environmental Impact Statement; Correction
The Department of Energy (DOE) published a document in the Federal Register of January 4, 2010, announcing an amended Record of Decision (ROD) for the Idaho High-Level Waste and Facilities Disposition Final Environmental Impact Statement. This document corrects an error in that notice.
Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board, Northern New Mexico
This notice announces a combined meeting of the Environmental Monitoring, Surveillance and Remediation Committee and Waste Management Committee of the Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EM SSAB), Northern New Mexico (known locally as the Northern New Mexico Citizens' Advisory Board (NNMCAB). The Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. No. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public notice of this meeting be announced in the Federal Register.
Integrated System Power Rates
Pursuant to Delegation Order Nos. 00-037.00, effective December 6, 2001, and 00-001.00C, effective January 31, 2007, the Deputy Secretary has approved and placed into effect on an interim basis Rate Order No. SWPA-62, which increases the power rates for the Integrated System pursuant to the following Integrated System Rate Schedules:
Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Certain Consumer Products (Dishwashers, Dehumidifiers, Microwave Ovens, and Electric and Gas Kitchen Ranges and Ovens) and for Certain Commercial and Industrial Equipment (Commercial Clothes Washers)
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is adopting amended energy conservation standards for commercial clothes washers (CCWs). DOE has determined that amended energy conservation standards for these types of equipment would result in significant conservation of energy, and are technologically feasible and economically justified.

The Department of Energy (DOE) announces the public hearings on the Draft Tank Closure and Waste Management Environmental Impact Statement for the Hanford Site, Richland, Washington (DOE/EIS-0391) (Draft TC&WM EIS or Draft EIS). This Draft EIS was prepared in accordance with the implementing regulations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). A Notice of Availability of the Draft EIS was published on October 30, 2009 (74 FR 56194), initiating a 140- day public comment period ending March 19, 2010. The State of Washington, Department of Ecology (Ecology) is a cooperating agency on this EIS.
