The proposed priorities are also designed to enhance the coordination between local educational agencies (LEAs) and school libraries, particularly in carrying out literacy activities, and promote learning environments that are racially, ethnically, culturally, disability and linguistically responsive and inclusive, supportive, and identity-safe.
