The Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that a request for a new shipper review (NSR) of the antidumping duty order on mattresses from the People's Republic of China (China) meets the statutory and regulatory requirements for initiation. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, POSCO/POSCO International Corporation (successor in interest to POSCO Daewoo Corporation)/POSCO Processing & Service Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (collectively, the POSCO single entity). We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by the POSCO single entity were not made at prices below normal value (NV). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
