Polyethylene Terephthalate Sheet From the Sultanate of Oman: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that polyethylene terephthalate sheet (PET sheet) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) during the period of investigation (POI), July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that polyethylene terephthalate sheet (PET sheet) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) during the period of investigation (POI), July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. The final weighted-average dumping margins are listed below in the section entitled ``Final Determination.''

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that Jindal SAW, Ltd. (JSL), the sole company for which a review was requested, made no shipments of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India during the period of review (POR) from September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From Italy: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV). Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that a company for which we initiated a review had no shipments during the period of review (POR). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
