The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (``CFTC'' or ``Commission'') is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed renewal of a collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (``PRA''), Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment. This notice solicits comments on the extension of information collection requirements relating to registration under the Commodity Exchange Act, OMB Control No. 3038-0023 (Registration under the Commodity Exchange Act).

Information Collection; Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 27 Requirements
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, DoD, GSA, and NASA invite the public to comment on a revision concerning Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 27 requirements. DoD, GSA, and NASA invite comments on: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of Federal Government acquisitions, including whether the information will have practical utility; the accuracy of the estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology. OMB has approved this information collection for use through February 28, 2023. DoD, GSA, and NASA propose that OMB extend its approval for use for three additional years beyond the current expiration date.

Rates for Interstate Inmate Calling Services
In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, an information collection associated with the Annual Reports Adoption Order issued by the Commission's Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB or Bureau) on June 24, 2022. In that Order, WCB adopted instructions, a reporting template, and a certification form related to an Annual Report data collection regarding calling services for incarcerated people. The instant document is consistent with the Annual Reports Adoption Order, which indicated that the Commission will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing that OMB approved the data collection and establishing an effective date for the actions in the Order.

Pursuant to the Small Business Paperwork Relief Act of 2002, the FCC seeks specific comment on how it might ``further reduce the information collection burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees.'' The Commission may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the PRA that does not display a valid OMB control number.
Meeting of Humanities Panel
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) will hold twenty-five meetings, in some cases by videoconference, of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during November 2022. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965.
