AGENCY:
Notice of an application under
Section 6(c) of the Investment Company
Act of 1940 (‘‘Act’’) for an exemption
from Section 15(c) of the Act.
Summary of Application: The
requested exemption would permit a
Trust’s board of trustees (the ‘‘Board’’)
to approve new sub-advisory
agreements and material amendments to
existing sub-advisory agreements
without complying with the in-person
meeting requirement of Section 15(c) of
the Act.
Applicants: Lincoln Variable
Insurance Products Trust (the ‘‘Trust’’),
and Lincoln Investment Advisors
Corporation (‘‘LIAC’’ or the ‘‘Adviser’’).
Filing Dates: The application was
filed on August 8, 2022, and amended
on September 30, 2022.
Hearing or Notification of Hearing: An
order granting the requested relief will
be issued unless the Commission orders
