The National Endowment for
the Humanities (NEH) will hold twentyfive meetings, in some cases by
videoconference, of the Humanities
Panel, a federal advisory committee,
during November 2022. The purpose of

discussion, evaluation, and

Foundation on the Arts and the

and security measures confidential, I have determined that that the
meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to subsection (c)(4) of
section 552b of title 5, United States Code. I have made this
determination under the authority granted me by the Chairman's
Delegation of Authority to Close Advisory Committee Meetings, dated
April 15, 2016.
