The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), as part of a continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment on the following extension of a currently approved collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
Loans in Areas Having Special Flood Hazards; Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Private Flood Insurance
The OCC, Board, FDIC, FCA, and NCUA (collectively, the Agencies) propose to supplement the Interagency Questions and Answers Regarding Flood Insurance with new questions and answers regarding the acceptance of flood insurance policies issued by private insurers pursuant to the Agencies' private flood insurance final rule issued in February 2019. These questions and answers will assist lenders in meeting their responsibilities under the final rule and increase public understanding of the Agencies' respective flood insurance regulations. The Agencies solicit comment on all aspects of these new questions and answers.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) proposes to rescind two systems of records, FCC/OMD-20, Inter-office and Internet Email Systems, and FCC/OMD-22, Equipment Loan Records. The systems contained information concerning the names, email addresses, passwords, and badge numbers of FCC employees and contractors, as well as loaned electronic equipment, e.g., laptops, pagers, cellular telephones, and RSA Secure Tokens by the FCC to employees.

Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness for Nuclear Power Reactors
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing for public comment a draft regulatory guide (DG), DG-1357, ``Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness for Nuclear Power Reactors.'' This DG is proposed Revision 6 of Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.101, ``Emergency Response Planning and Preparedness for Nuclear Power Reactors.'' This proposed revision endorses Revision 0 of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) white paper, ``Implementing a 24-Month Frequency for Emergency Preparedness Program Reviews,'' issued November 2019. In addition, this proposed revision includes guidance found in previous revisions of RG 1.101, updated NRC guidance documents, and other documents previously endorsed by the NRC to consolidate the list of these guidance documents into a single revision of the RG.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC, Commission, or Agency) has modified an existing system of records, FCC/WTB-7, Licensing and Related Support Services (formerly FCC/WTB-7, Remedy Action Request System (RARS)), subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This action is necessary to meet the requirements of the Privacy Act to publish in the Federal Register notice of the existence and character of records maintained by the Agency. The FCC uses this information to record and process requests for assistance from individuals or groups in connection with FCC systems, research tools, electronic databases, licenses, authorizations, and registrations.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued exemptions in response to a request to reduce the required level of primary offsite liability insurance from $450 million to $100 million and to eliminate the requirement to carry secondary financial protection for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 and to reduce the required level of primary offsite liability insurance in the event of an extraordinary nuclear occurrence from $200 million to $100 million for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2.

The Federal Communications Commission published a document in the Federal Register of March 8, 2021, concerning a petition for rulemaking filed by Gray Television Licensee, LLC (Gray) requesting the substitution of channel 27 for channel 12 at Augusta, Georgia in the DTV Table of Allotments. Federal Civil Monetary Penalties Inflation Adjustment for 2021
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has adopted a final rule making inflation adjustments to civil monetary penalties within its jurisdiction. This final rule represents the annual 2021 inflation adjustments of monetary penalties. These adjustments are required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
