Document Number: 2018-04888
Type: Rule
Date: 2018-03-12
Agency: Department of Transportation
The FAA is correcting a final rule published on December 13, 2016. As part of the final rule, the FAA inadvertently removed some regulatory text. This document corrects that error. Additionally, this document corrects the same error in an amendatory instruction of the EFVS final rule to ensure the correction to the regulation is retained when the regulation is subsequently amended on March 13, 2018.

Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc., Airplanes
Document Number: 2018-04720
Type: Proposed Rule

This proposed AD would expand the applicability and require modifying or replacing certain hydraulic brake system accumulators. This proposed AD would also require revising the maintenance or inspection program to add life limits for the accumulators. We are proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
