In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB), Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to renew a previously-approved information collection, Questionnaire for National Security Positions, Standard Form 86 (SF 86).

In this final rule, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is finalizing an interim final rule that expanded eligibility for enrollment in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) to additional groups. The document referenced a different, separate notice and cited incorrect publication dates for the other notice.
