Notice is hereby given that on October 25, 2023, the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') issued an Initial Determination on Violation of Section 337. The ALJ also issued a Recommended Determination on remedy and bonding should a violation be found in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission is soliciting submissions on public interest issues raised by the recommended relief should the Commission find a violation. The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-699-702 and 731-TA-1659- 1660 (Preliminary) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador and Indonesia provided for in statistical reporting numbers 0306.17.0004, 0306.17.0005, 0306.17.0007, 0306.17.0008, 0306.17.0010, 0306.17.0011, 0306.17.0013, 0306.17.0014, 0306.17.0016, 0306.17.0017, 0306.17.0019, 0306.17.0020, 0306.17.0022, 0306.17.0023, 0306.17.0025, 0306.17.0026, 0306.17.0028, 0306.17.0029, 0306.17.0041, 0306.17.0042, 1605.21.1030, and 1605.29.1010 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and alleged to be subsidized by the Governments of Ecuador, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Unless the Department of Commerce (``Commerce'') extends the time for initiation, the Commission must reach a preliminary determination in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations in 45 days, or in this case by December 11, 2023. The Commission's views must be transmitted to Commerce within five business days thereafter, or by December 18, 2023.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of a full review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on tin- and chromium- coated steel sheet from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Truck and Bus Tires From Thailand; Institution of Antidumping Duty Investigation and Scheduling of Preliminary Phase Investigation
The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of an investigation and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping duty investigation No. 731-TA-1658 (Preliminary) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of truck and bus tires from Thailand, provided for in subheadings 4011.20.10 and 4011.20.50 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value. Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Notice of Request for Extension of Previously Approved Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery
This notice announces the intention of the U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission) to request a three-year extension, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (the Act), of the current generic clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) previously approved. This collection was developed as part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process for seeking feedback from the public on service delivery. The current generic survey clearance is assigned OMB Control No. 3117-0222; it will expire on March 31, 2024. The Commission requests comments concerning the proposed information collections under section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Act; this notice describes such comments in greater detail in the supplementary information section below.

Certain Smart Ceiling Fans, Components Thereof, and Associated Systems and Software Thereof; Notice of Institution of Investigation
Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on September 20, 2023, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Wangs Alliance Corporation d/b/a of WAC Lighting of Port Washington, New York. A supplement to the complaint was filed on September 26, 2023. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain smart ceiling fans, components thereof, and associated systems and software thereof, by reason of the infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 11,028,854 (``the '854 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 10,488,897 (``the '897 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 11,598,345 (``the '345 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
