Written submissions on the public

must also be filed by no later than the
close of business, eight calendar days
after publication of this notice in the
Federal Register. Complainant may file
replies to any written submissions no
later than three calendar days after the
date on which any initial submissions
were due, notwithstanding § 201.14(a)
of the Commission’s Rules of Practice
and Procedure. No other submissions
will be accepted, unless requested by
the Commission. Any submissions and
replies filed in response to this Notice
are limited to five (5) pages in length,
inclusive of attachments.
Persons filing written submissions
must file the original document

stated above. Submissions should refer
to the docket number (‘‘Docket No.
3702’’) in a prominent place on the

Commission should grant such

for which confidential treatment by the
Commission is properly sought will be
treated accordingly. All information,
including confidential business
information and documents for which
confidential treatment is properly
sought, submitted to the Commission for
purposes of this Investigation may be
disclosed to and used: (i) by the
Commission, its employees and Offices,
and contract personnel (a) for
developing or maintaining the records
of this or a related proceeding, or (b) in
internal investigations, audits, reviews,
and evaluations relating to the
programs, personnel, and operations of
the Commission including under 5

2023). On October 18, 2023, counsel for
Bull Moose Tube Company, Maruichi
American Corporation, Nucor Tubular
Products Inc., and Zekelman Industries
(collectively, ‘‘Domestic Producers’’)
filed a request to appear at the hearing.
In their request, counsel for the
Domestic Producers requested that the
Commission cancel the currently
scheduled hearing in the event that no
other interested party requested to
appear. No other parties submitted a
request to appear at the hearing.
Counsel indicated a willingness to
submit written responses to any
Commission questions. Consequently,
the public hearing in connection with
these reviews, scheduled to begin at
9:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 26,
2023, is cancelled. Parties to these
reviews should respond to any written
questions posed by the Commission in
their posthearing briefs, which are due
to be filed on November 6, 2023.
