The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determination in the less-than-fair- value (LTFV) investigation of laminated woven sacks (LWS) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) until February 25, 2019, and is extending the provisional measures from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months. North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews: Notice of Completion of Panel Review
The NAFTA Secretariat has received submissions filed on behalf of the United States Department of Commerce, Maquilacero S.A. de C.V., and Wheatland Tube requesting the termination of panel review in the matter of Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2014-2015 (Circular Welded Steel Pipe AR) dispute. Given all the participants have consented to a Notice of Termination of Panel Review pursuant to Rule 71(2) of the NAFTA Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews (Rules), the NAFTA Circular Welded Steel Pipe AR dispute has been terminated. As a result, and in accordance with Rule 78(a), notice is hereby given that the panel review of the NAFTA Circular Welded Steel Pipe AR dispute has been completed effective October 11, 2018.
Certain Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe From Mexico: Notice of Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review Pursuant to Settlement; 2014-2015
On June 13, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico. Maquilacero, S.A. de C.V. (Maquilacero) filed a request for panel review under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) challenging Commerce's Final Results. Maquilacero and Commerce have reached an agreement for settlement of the dispute, which is implemented by these amended final results.

Corporation for Travel Promotion Board of Directors
The Department of Commerce is again seeking applications from travel and tourism leaders from specific industries for membership on the Board of Directors (Board) of the Corporation for Travel Promotion (doing business as Brand USA). The purpose of the Board is to guide the Corporation for Travel Promotion on matters relating to the promotion of the United States as a travel destination and communication of travel facilitation issues, among other tasks. On July 19, 2018, the Department published in the Federal Register a ``Notice of an opportunity for travel and tourism industry leaders to apply for membership on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Travel Promotion'' (83 FR 34112), announcing membership opportunities on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Travel Promotion. The application period closed on August 17, 2018. The Department is now reopening the application period to solicit additional applications. This notice supplements the notice of July 19, 2018. Interested parties who have already applied in response to that Federal Register notice do not need to re-apply.

On September 17, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT or Court) sustained the Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand redetermination pertaining to the less- than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of xanthan gum from the People's Republic of China (China). Because of the CIT's final decision, we are notifying the public that the CIT's decision is not in harmony with Commerce's final determination in the LTFV investigation of xanthan gum from China. Pursuant to the CIT's final judgment, Neimenggu Fufeng Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. (aka Inner Mongolia Fufeng Biotechnologies Co., Ltd.) and Shandong Fufeng Fermentation, Co., Ltd. (collectively, Fufeng) are being excluded from the order.
