The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from Thailand for the period February 1, 2017, through January 31, 2018, based on the timely withdrawal of all requests for review.

On May 24, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (Court) issued final judgments in Vinh Hoan Corporation et al. v. United States, Consol. Court No. 13-00156, sustaining the Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand results for the eighth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) covering the period of review (POR) August 1, 2010, through July 31, 2011. Commerce is notifying the public that the Court's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to certain exporters.

On May 24, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (Court) issued final judgments in An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company et al. v. United States, Consol. Court No. 14-00109, sustaining the Department of Commerce's (Commerce) remand results for the ninth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) covering the period of review (POR) August 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012. Commerce is notifying the public that the Court's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to certain exporters.
Forged Steel Fittings From Taiwan: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that imports of forged steel fittings from Taiwan are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017. The final margins of sales at LTFV are listed below in the ``Final Determination'' section of this notice.

Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2016-2017
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) May 1, 2016, through April 30, 2017. We determine that 25 of the companies for which an administrative review was requested, and not withdrawn, failed to demonstrate eligibility for a separate rate; therefore, each is part of the China-wide entity. We also determine that Guangdong Xin Wei Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., Xin Wei Aluminum Company Limited, and Xin Wei Aluminum Co. Ltd. made no entries, exports, or sales of the subject merchandise during the POR covered by this administrative review.

Certain New Pneumatic Off-The-Road Tires From Sri Lanka: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, Notice of Amended Final Determination and Revocation of Countervailing Duty Order
On July 11, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) entered its final judgment sustaining the final results of remand redetermination pursuant to court order by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) pertaining to the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires (off road tires) from Sri Lanka. Commerce is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with Commerce's final determination in the CVD investigation of off road tires from Sri Lanka. Pursuant to the CIT's final judgment, the mandatory respondent in the CVD investigation of off road tires from Sri Lanka received a net countervailable subsidy rate of 1.23 percent, a rate that is de minimis and, therefore, Commerce is hereby revoking this order.
Multilayered Wood Flooring From the People's Republic of China: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony With the Second Amended Final Determination and Notice of Third Amended Final Determination of the Antidumping Duty Investigation
On July 3, 2018, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT or Court) entered its final judgment in Changzhou Hawd Flooring Co., et al. v. United States, sustaining, in part, the final results of remand redetermination pursuant to court order by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) pertaining to the less-than-fair- value (LTFV) investigation on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (China). Commerce is notifying the public that the final judgment in this case is not in harmony with Commerce's final determination in the LTFV investigation of multilayered wood flooring from China. Pursuant to the CIT's final judgment, Dunhua City Jisen Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Fine Furniture (Shanghai) Limited, and Armstrong Wood Products (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. are being excluded from the order.

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating and issuing the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China), finding that the cash deposit rate for the 21 exporters/producers who retain a separate rate assigned in the less-than-fair value (LTFV) investigation should be recalculated to reflect the revised countervailing duty (CVD) export subsidy offsets from the amended final CVD determination.
