The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET Film) from Taiwan. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013. On January 8, 2014, the Department published a notice rescinding the review with respect to Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation.\1\ This review covers the remaining respondent Nan Ya Plastics Corporation (Nan Ya), a producer and exporter of PET Film from Taiwan. The Department preliminarily determines that sales of subject merchandise have been made below normal value (NV) by Nan Ya. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (purified CMC) from the Netherlands. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013. The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals, B.V. (Akzo Nobel). We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by Akzo Nobel were not made at less than normal value during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
