The Department of Commerce (the Department) is partially rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey covering the period of review (POR) May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014.

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET Film) from Taiwan. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013. On January 8, 2014, the Department published a notice rescinding the review with respect to Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation.\1\ This review covers the remaining respondent Nan Ya Plastics Corporation (Nan Ya), a producer and exporter of PET Film from Taiwan. The Department preliminarily determines that sales of subject merchandise have been made below normal value (NV) by Nan Ya. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
