As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will issue an appealable decision to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., Successor in Interest to Putoo Corporation. The decision approves the surface estate in the lands described below for conveyance pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) (43 U.S.C. 1601, et seq.). The subsurface estate in these lands will be conveyed to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. when the surface estate is conveyed to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., as Successor in Interest to Putoo Corporation. Putoo Corporation was the original ANCSA corporation for the village of Noorvik, but merged with the NANA Regional Corporation in 1976 under the authority of Public Law 94-204. In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Humboldt River Field Office, Winnemucca, Nevada, intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and by this notice is announcing the beginning of the scoping process to solicit public comments and identify issues.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado State Office is publishing this notice to inform the public of the intent to officially file the survey plat listed below and afford a proper period of time to protest this action prior to the plat filing. During this time, the plat will be available for review in the BLM Colorado State Office.

The purpose of this notice is to reopen the request for public nominations for certain Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Advisory Committees that have member terms expiring this year. These Advisory Committees provide advice and recommendations to the BLM on land use planning and management of the National System of Public Lands within their respective geographic areas. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Las Vegas Field Office, proposes to sell the Federal reversionary interest in 2.5 acres of land in Las Vegas, Nevada. The land was conveyed out of Federal ownership in 1996 subject to the Federal reversionary interest that is now proposed for sale under the authority of Section 202 and Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976 (FLPMA), as amended. The appraised fair market value for the Federal reversionary interest is $558,000.00.

Members of the public are hereby invited to participate with Oxbow Mining Oak Mesa, LLC, on a pro rata cost-sharing basis in a program for the exploration of coal deposits owned by the United States of America in lands located in Delta County, Colorado, encompassing 1,286.95 acres.

Notice is hereby given that temporary closures are in effect for the routes within the Hot Well Wildlife Tract on public lands administered by the Bruneau Field Office, Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The routes within the tract will be closed to motorized vehicle traffic to protect sensitive botanical resources.

Notice is hereby given that a seasonal road closure is in effect on public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Salem District in the Pine Crest area, Clackamas County, Oregon. This seasonal closure includes all roads accessible by Pine Crest Road number 6S-3E-30, which includes road numbers 7S-3E-5 and 7S-3E-8.
