Notice of Competitive Auction for Solar Energy Development on Public Lands in the State of Nevada
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Southern Nevada District Office will accept competitive bids to select preferred applicants to submit right-of-way (ROW) applications and plans of development for solar energy projects on up to approximately 3,083 acres of public land in Clark County, Nevada.
Public Land Order No. 7824; Extension of Public Land Order No. 7393; Alaska
This order extends the duration of the withdrawal created by Public Land Order No. 7393, which was issued effective May 28, 1999, for an additional 15-year period. The extension is necessary to continue protection of the Spencer Glacier Material Site, which was established on behalf of the United States Forest Service in order to make high quality rock and gravel available from the site to nearby communities for private and public works projects.

Privacy Act of 1974, as Amended; Notice of a New System of Records
Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice of its intent to create the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) ``General Land Office Records Automation SystemInterior, BLM-42'' system of records. The system of records contains information collected from publicly available historical Federal land conveyance documents (land patents, survey plats, field notes and land status records) maintained by the BLM General Land Office, and billing information of individuals requesting certified copies of land conveyance documents. The purpose of this system is to maintain, protect and preserve more than five million documents of historical relevance and to make these valuable resources for natural resource agencies, historians, surveyors, title companies, and genealogists available via the General Land Office Records Web site.
Second Call for Nominations for the Northern California Resource Advisory Council
The purpose of this notice is to reopen the request for public nominations for the Northern California Resource Advisory Council (RAC), which has 15 open positions this year. This RAC provides advice and recommendations to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on land use planning and management of the National System of Public Lands within northern California and far northwest Nevada. The BLM will accept public nominations for 30 days after the publication of this notice.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is offering to sell a parcel of public land containing 7.5 acres as a non-competitive (direct) sale for a cemetery at not less than the appraised fair market value (FMV) of $6,500 to Nye County. The Bureau of Land Management and the United States Forest Service intend to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Converse County Oil and Gas Project; We may also prepare land- use plan amendments to the Casper Resource Management Plan and the Thunder Basin National Grassland Land Resource Management Plan. We are announcing the beginning of the scoping process to solicit public comments and identify issues. The Bureau of Land Management is the lead agency for the Environmental Impact Statement and the United States Forest Service is participating as a cooperating agency.

Notice of Realty Action: Non-Competitive (Direct) Sale of Reversionary Interest, Butte County, CA
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Redding Field Office, proposes to sell the Federal reversionary interest in 5 acres of land in Butte County, California, near Forbestown. The land was previously conveyed out of Federal ownership in 1971 subject to a Federal reversionary interest which is now proposed for sale under the authority of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA). The Federal reversionary interest will be sold to the Forbestown Lodge No. 50, Free and Accepted Masons, a California non- profit association, for $41,000, which represents the appraised fair market value of $50,000 today, less the $9,000 previously paid for the land in 1971.
