Regulatory Act (IGRA) Public Law 100–
497, 25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq., the

on Indian lands. As required by 25 CFR
293.4, all compact amendments are
subject to review and approval by the
Secretary. The Amendment clarifies
requirements for vendor licensing.

import blood samples from grey mouse
lemur (Microcebus murinus) taken from
15 captive-bred animals for the purpose
of scientific research and the
enhancement of the survival of the

collection that the BLM plans to submit
