Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comments Request
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (Commission or EEOC) announces that it intends to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for an extension without change to existing collection requirements under 29 CFR 1625.22, Waivers of rights and claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). The Commission is seeking public comments on the proposed extension.

Coverage Under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (``EEOC'' or ``Commission'') proposes to amend its regulations concerning the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (the ``Act'' or ``ADEA'') to reflect a Supreme Court decision interpreting the Act as permitting employers to favor older individuals because of age. This amendment will revise and clarify EEOC regulations that currently describe the ADEA as prohibiting such age-based favoritism.
Federal Sector Equal Employment Opportunity
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) is issuing a final rule implementing the posting requirements set forth in Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), Pub. L. 107-174. The No FEAR Act requires a Federal agency to post on its public Web site summary statistical data pertaining to complaints of employment discrimination filed under 29 CFR part 1614 by employees, former employees and applicants for employment. Title III authorizes EEOC to issue rules concerning the ``time, form and manner'' of the postings, to define the terms ``issue'' and ``basis,'' and to issue any other ``rules necessary to carry out'' Title III.
Repositioning of Commission Field Offices
This final rule revises existing EEOC procedural regulations to update position titles, organization titles and office addresses. It does not change the procedures themselves.
Privacy Act of 1974; Publication of Notice of Proposed New Systems of Records and Amendment of Systems To Add New System Managers
This notice proposes two new systems of records, amends three existing systems of records to include a new system manager, amends one existing system to add two new routine uses and amends Appendix A to reflect current office names and addresses.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission amends its regulations designating certain State and local fair employment practices agencies as certified designated agencies. The designation permits the Commission to accept the findings and resolutions of State and local fair employment practices agencies in regard to most cases processed under contract without individual, case-by-case substantial weight reviews by the Commission. Publication of this amendment effectuates the designation of the following agencies as certified designated FEP agencies: Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity; North Carolina Civil Rights Division, Office of Administrative Hearings; North Dakota Department of Labor; Lee County Office of Equal Opportunity; City of Tampa Office of Human Rights; Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity; Madison Equal Opportunity Commission; St. Paul Department of Human Rights.
