Summary: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking initiated as part of the Commission's Data Innovation Initiative, to eliminate the legacy narrowband comparably efficient interconnection (CEI) and open network architecture (ONA) reporting requirements that currently apply to the Bell Operating Companies (BOCs), due to a lack of continuing relevance and utility.

It is the policy of the Commission to publish settlements which it provisionally accepts under the Consumer Product Safety Act in the Federal Register in accordance with the terms of 16 CFR 1118.20(e). Published below is a provisionally-accepted Settlement Agreement with Raynor Marketing, Ltd., containing a civil penalty of $390,000.00.

The Federal Communications Commission, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3501-3520. Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 6) granting a joint motion to terminate the investigation on the basis of a settlement agreement.

No comments were received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review.
