Contract Inventories
Notice of public availability of
FY 2010 Service Contract Inventories.
ACTION:
In accordance with Section
743 of Division C of the Consolidated
Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L.
111–117), Office of Acquisitions and
Contract Management is publishing this
notice to advise the public of the
availability of the FY 2010 Service
Contract inventory. This inventory
provides information on service contract
actions over $25,000 that were made in
FY 2010. The information is organized
by function to show how contracted
resources are distributed throughout the
agency. The inventory has been
developed in accordance with guidance
issued on November 5, 2010 by the
Office of Management and Budget’s
Office of Federal Procurement Policy
(OFPP). OFPP’s guidance is available at:

the provisions of the Government in the
Sunshine Act, Public Law 94–409, that
the Securities and Exchange
Commission will hold an Open Meeting
on February 9, 2011 at 10 a.m., in the
Auditorium, Room L–002.
The subject matter of the Open
Meeting will be:
The Commission will consider whether to
propose amendments to rules and forms
under the Securities Act of 1933 and
Schedule 14A under the Securities Exchange
Act of 1934, to replace references to credit
ratings with alternative criteria. These
amendments are in accordance with Section
939A of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform
and Consumer Protection Act.
At times, changes in Commission
priorities require alterations in the
scheduling of meeting items.

February 2, 2011.
It appears to the Securities and
Exchange Commission that there is a
lack of current and accurate information
concerning the securities of China 9D
Construction Group because it has not
filed any periodic reports since the
period ended September 30, 2007.
The Commission is of the opinion that
the public interest and the protection of
investors require a suspension of trading
in the securities of the above-listed
company. Therefore, it is ordered,
pursuant to Section 12(k) of the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that
trading in the securities of the abovelisted company is suspended for the
period from 9:30 a.m. EST on February
2, 2011, through 11:59 p.m. EST on
February 15, 2011.
