L. 111–117), Office of Acquisitions and Contract Management is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of the FY 2010 Service Contract inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were made in FY 2010. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on November 5, 2010 by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).     Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
Government in the Sunshine Act, Public Law 94-409, that the Securities 
and Exchange Commission will hold an Open Meeting on February 9, 2011 
at 10 a.m., in the Auditorium, Room L-002.
    The subject matter of the Open Meeting will be:

    The Commission will consider whether to propose amendments to 
rules and forms under the Securities Act of 1933 and Schedule 14A 
under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to replace references to 
credit ratings with alternative criteria. These amendments are in
