The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that a proposed collection of information has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

We are issuing this notice to announce the location, date, time, and agenda for the next meeting of the Cultural Property Advisory Committee.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to request approval, from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the collection of information described below. The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 requires federal agencies to publish a notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information before submission to OMB, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice complies with that requirement.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) proposes to establish a new OPM system of records titled ``Federal Competency Assessment Records.'' This system of records contains information that OPM collects, maintains, and uses in the operation of competency assessment tools, including the OPM Competency Exploration for Development and Readiness (CEDAR) tool. These records are collected and used for training and development purposes but are not to be used for employee performance ratings or for hiring and promotion decisions. This system of records will be included in the OPM's inventory of record systems.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or Agency) is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the Agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), Federal Agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of an existing collection of information, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on information collection pertaining to the registration of human drug compounding outsourcing facilities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and associated fees.

This action modifies Area Navigation (RNAV) route T-354 in the northcentral United States. The modified T-route expands the availability of RNAV routing in support of the FAA's Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) modernization efforts to transition the National Airspace System (NAS) from a ground-based to satellite- based Performance Based Navigation (PBN) system. The RNAV route T-325 modifications proposed in the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) require additional coordination and flight inspection activities. As such, the T-325 modifications are removed from this rule.

This notice describes the program rules, statutory and regulatory waivers, and alternative requirements applicable to supplemental Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds made available to prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus (CDBG-CV funds) and to annual formula CDBG grants awarded in fiscal years 2019 and 2020. The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has completed an inventory of associated funerary objects in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the associated funerary objects and any present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these associated funerary objects should submit a written request to the TVA. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the associated funerary objects to the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

The University of California, Davis (UC Davis) has corrected an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, published in a Notice of Inventory Completion in the Federal Register on August 13, 2008. This notice corrects the minimum number of individuals and number of associated funerary objects. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains and associated funerary objects should submit a written request to UC Davis. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains and associated funerary objects to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.
