In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, on April 8, 2016, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Vernal Field Office published a Notice of Intent (NOI) to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Crescent Point Energy Utah Federal- Tribal Well Development Project in Duchesne and Uintah Counties, Utah. The Notice announced the beginning of the scoping process for solicitation of input on the identification of issues and evaluation of the effects of the proposed development by Crescent Point Energy. The proposed EIS would have evaluated the effects of the proposed development in the Uinta Basin. On December 12, 2018, Crescent Point Energy withdrew its proposed action. The BLM is therefore terminating the EIS process.

EPA is finalizing a correction pertaining to the ``200 ppb (parts per billion) level'' described in the antimicrobial pesticides data requirements regulation to clarify that the 200 ppb level is based on total estimated daily dietary intake for an individual and not on the amount of residue present on a single food, as was incorrectly implied by the previous regulatory text. This change is intended to enhance understanding of the data required to support an antimicrobial pesticide registration and does not alter the burden or costs associated with these previously-promulgated requirements. This action does not otherwise establish any new data requirements or any other revisions (substantive or otherwise) to existing requirements.

The State's submittal is in response to EPA's February 3 and December 11, 2017, Findings of Failure to Submit (FFS) final rule, which found that Wisconsin failed to satisfy CAA requirements for implementation of the 2008 ozone NAAQS in nonattainment areas.

This demonstration effort also is expected to encompass technologies capable of providing complementary PNT functions to GPS by either expanding PNT capabilities, including cross checks, or extending them to GPS or Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)- denied or degraded user environments.
